Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a valid unboxing video (required for all return or exchange requests)
• Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty or personal care items may not be returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within the 7-day window and supported by a valid unboxing video.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal)
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
• We do not charge any restocking fees.
